Jeremy is the Executive Pastor at Journey Community Church in Dallas, TX. He believes that leveraging technology and social media allows people in ministry to care for people, care for the organization, and organize the church in a proficient and efficient manner.
As a former educator, Jeremy completed training as an Apple Teacher and Google for Education Trainer. In addition to leading small professional developments on topics including podcasting for education and organizing your classroom with Trello, Jeremy has also presented to an audience of over 700 educators, administrators, counselors, and advisors on how to use Google tools to connect with students in a meaningful way.
Jeremy is also passionate about creating meaningful and robust online communities. He believes that you can use your online presence to connect with the community and develop relationships that exist beyond the Sunday morning experience utilizing your website and social media which are a part of most people’s lives, whether we want them to be or not.
Jeremy is a certified Evernote Expert, Apple Teacher, and former mentor teacher and Google for Education Trainer. He is the cofounder of the Facebook Page and Group Neurodivergent Clergy. He lives in Garland, Texas with his wife, two kids, and too many pets.
